Lots of people don't take care of themselves as well as they should or deserved. Often, everything else comes first. This can leave us with a feeling of emptiness and exhaustion. Shorter days, colder temperatures and end-of-year stress can add negatively to that. Therefore, it is even more important to make sure, we practice good self care.
