This episode Rens Polman snorts speed (amphetamine). This is a chemical powder with a stimulating effect. Rens gets really energetic and feels great.. until he bends over the sink. USEAGE: - You can use speed in different ways; snorting (the effect will be shorter, but stronger), spray (you feel the effect right away, not recommended), rectal and oral (longer effect). - Solvents can be harmful and risky. - To reduce the risk, you must dry the speed. - The effects can be felt up till 8 hours. - 12 hours after using speed, you may still feel some effects. - Don’t take any more speed after your first dose. This will only increase the length of the trip. - Don’t combine speed with other drugs and/or alcohol. DOSAGE: - The strength of amphetamine varies, which makes it hard to dose. - Depending on your experience, the way of using it and the strength of the speed, 5 to 40 milligrams is a usual dose. RISKS: - Overheating (hypothermia). Make sure to rest enough in a cooler area and drink up to 2 glasses of water in one hour; - Increased risk of heart problems; - Brain damage; - Addiction; - Physical problems; - Hangover. The advice given can also help you walk more efficiently when you're hiking or long distance walking. In this video, Roger shows how you can adapt a 'normal' walking style so that you can go faster, use less energy and last longer. The vote came in (on my community tab) and I had to deliver a workout that was challenging but still perfect for beginners! This 20 minute workout is comprised of a warm up, HIIT section, and cool down. We exercise for 30 seconds and walk for 10 seconds between each exercise. If at any point you are getting overworked, just take a breather, take a sip of your water and hop right back in. If you feel like you only want to start with half of the workout, there is a little checkpoint where I let you know that youre half way and you can come back to this workout repeatedly to gain endurance and strength! Make sure to record yourself doing these workouts. It really helps to see your progress over time even for your form and endurance. I personally find it very encouraging when I see even improvement in how happy I am throughout each of my workouts. Leg pain can be of two causes it can be a neurological or vascular problem. In neurological problem there might be a compression of the nerve which supplies to your leg so when you walk there are chances for the nerve to get compressed and you may get leg pain, this s called as neurological claudication. There is one entity called vascular claudication which means there might be a partial occlusion or blockage of blood flow to the leg so when you start walking faster there are chances for these occlusions to increase and causes asfixia to the muscles so that's the reason why they get leg pain. So we have to identify it is neurological or vascular claudication and start treating appropriately.
