In this video, I will go over various fields in a VCF file while taking a look at an example VCF, understanding how the data is organized and what information do various fields store. It contains meta-information lines, a header line, and then data lines each containing information about a position in the genome. The format also has the ability to contain genotype information on samples for each position It was used extensively during the 1000 human genome projects for GWAS analysis and was included in many bioinformatics research pipeline. Yet, most researchers are having problems understanding how this file can be read directly and be used in their analysis. Hello! Today we talk about how to add a contact card to an NFC chip. The contact card is basically a .VCF file otherwise known as a vcard. Using a free and easy to use website we can convert a Vcard .VCF file into a web link, because of this we are able to program this link directly into an NFC chip, NFC business card, NFC wristband, Etc. When the NFC chip is tapped with a smartphone, Your phone will automatically download the contact information from the chip and open up the file for you to view. You do not need any external apps to do this as most phone today have NFC reading native in the phone. I am using an iPhone 11 Pro in this video and NFC chips from 🤍 All of Tap Tags chips are open-sourced and able to be programmed and re-programmed easily. I used 🤍 to set up my contact card and convert to a link. Use the 3rd link down to program the chip or add to popular sites like Link Tree, ContactInBio, Flowcode, etc. At the end of the video I do a Q&A for common questions. Erica Synths Black DJ VCF provides sound treatment functionality typically found on DJ decks – it is fully open when the cutoff knob is set to 12:00. When turned counter-clockwise, lowpass filtering is applied and when turned clockwise, highpass filtering is applied.
