Wendler 531 how to in under 5 mins is a review of how to perform the main 4 lifts of Wendler 531, along with the proper reps and weight percentages as you perform Wendler 531 from week to week! I also show you how to create your very own Wendler 531 calculator in excel in order to simplify the whole process! By the end of this video you should be able to setup and run your very own cycle of Wendler 531. I am not affiliated with Jim Wendler in any way. This video is meant to provide an overview of the program. I highly recommend picking up one of Jim Wendler's books, whether that be hard cover, or on amazon kindle. They range for around 10 dollars on kindle, and they are an easy read packed with tons of good info! The books also provide you with accessory lift templates you can use to supplement your main training. For those who are interested in running this program should do so at their own risk. It is always recommended that a medical doctor be consulted prior to starting any new exercise regimen. This is truly one of my favourite programs, and I have enjoyed reading his books. Vemos que es una rutina de powerlifting muy enfocada a mejorar en press banca, sentadilla, peso muerto y press militar, con una distribución muy similar a una torso pierna pero con 3 ejercicios cada día y 13 series de volumen diario. A Brand New Bach Organ: Prelude and Fugue in C, BWV 531 - Contius Organ Leuven


In 1748, Johann Sebastian Bach wrote a letter of recommandation for the organ builder Heinrich Andreas Contius (1708-1795), a master of his craft, stemming from the Silbermann-Wagner tradition. Few of his instruments, which represented a sound world that is very suitable for Bach's music, survive today. The Contius Foundation realised a magnificent copy of the Contius organ in Liepaja, of which case and some pipework are preserved. After meticulous research, the organ was built by Joris Potvlieghe (Tollembeek, Belgium), in collaboration with Flentrop Orgelbouw (Zaandam, The Netherlands). The instrument is located in the baroque St.-Michielskerk in Leuven, Belgium, which provides a monumental ambience and rich acoustic. I'm extremely honoured to be "Organist in Residence" of this very inspiring instrument for the season 2022-2023; this role includes, a.o., playing regular concerts. In a series of recordings, I hope to share the beauty of this project.
